After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Gretchen attended Whittier Law School in Los Angeles. In 1992, she returned to Colorado to practice law alongside her father, Robert E. Eberhardt, whose mentorship instilled in her the values of compassion, professionalism, and personalized service.

Gretchen is passionate about educating the public on the importance of estate planning. She has shared her expertise through speaking engagements with organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, NAMI Arapahoe/Douglas, AARP, the Salvation Army, Jefferson County Mental Health, Aurora NAMI, Craig Hospital, the Presbyterian Retired Ministers Association, and the New Moms Group at Lutheran Hospital. Gretchen has also contributed to the legal profession by presenting at Continuing Legal Education seminars on topics like Economic Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and Living Wills.

With decades of experience and a heartfelt commitment to serving her community, Gretchen Olson continues to guide individuals and families through life’s transitions with care, clarity, and confidence.

When she’s not practicing law, Gretchen enjoys golfing, spending time with her family, volunteering in her community, and cheering on her favorite Colorado sports teams.
