Kelsey J. Dyce is a dedicated attorney specializing in estate planning and probate administration. Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Kelsey helps individuals and families navigate life’s transitions with clarity and confidence. Her ability to resolve complex legal matters with practical, thoughtful solutions brings her clients peace of mind during challenging times.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law. She revitalized the Probate & Estate Planning Society, growing it into the third-largest organization on campus and introducing a mentorship program to connect students with respected local attorneys and judges. 

Kelsey served as  Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and her involvement extended to membership in Women in Law and Leadership, the Environmental Law Society, and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Kelsey received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Colorado State University. Before law school, she served as a North American Language and Cultural Assistant in Castellón, Spain, where she taught English to students and collaborated with educators to enrich the learning environment.

Kelsey’s commitment to her clients and community is rooted in her passion for making estate planning accessible and meaningful. When not practicing law, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Colorado through activities like skiing and kayaking.
